School Supplies (Thursday August 11th 9am at Westbrook; GG TBD): 


We need help distributing the pre-ordered school supply kits to classrooms.

Lice Checks (Glen Grove - August 24 9am-11am and Westbrook - August 26th 9am-11am and 1pm-2pm):


We need volunteers to help check hair for lice!  We know this is not an easy job to do. Sadly, many parents have lived through the nightmare of their children having lice.  We work to help the nursing staff and Westbrook and Glen Grove so we can avoid the transfer of lice.  It happens, but we can work together to stop the transfer!

Innisbrook Wrapping Paper Sales (September 2nd - September 19th):


Volunteers are needed to help with product distribution to the student’s classrom(s) in October.

School Picture Days (Glen Grove - September 7th; Westbrook - October 10th):


Volunteers are needed to help the kids look their best for school photos and to facilitate movement of each class to and from the photo site.

Fall Carnival  (Friday October 14th): 


Volunteers are needed for event planning and for working that evening.

Westbrook Ice Cream Social (Thursday September 15th):


Volunteers are needed to help collect tickets, sell additional tickets and water and to distribute ice cream that night.

Heart of Glenview:


We are looking for someone to Chair the Heart of Glenview Program for Westbrook / Glen Grove. If you think you would like to volunteer to chair or co-chair, please contact Jennifer Moe at jrandmoe@gmail.com


Our cluster is one of many to participate in the District 34 Hearts of Glenview program. The program is a philanthropic project which calls on our children to decorate pre-cut wooden hearts to be sold at the Hearts event.  Proceeds from the heart sales are donated to several local charities.  The children who decorate the heart at each of our schools are invited to attend the Hearts event where their decorated hears are sold.  Chair and Co-chair for this project market and conduct the student participation search and coordinate the heart decoration at Westbrook and Glen Grove and provide the heart to the District Chair for the event. 



Blossom Boutique (November 11th & November 12th at Attea):


Volunteers for this event can help with decorations, vendor set up, vendor tear down, raffle sales, overall vendor assistance or check out.
